Nasrin Azari, president of Mobile Reach, in conjunction with the International Association of IT Asset Managers (IAITAM), is presenting a live webinar titled “Process Improvement for IT Asset Management through Mobility. The webinar will take place Tuesday, August 4, at 9 am.

We will discuss the tasks and processes that are best performed by mobile ITAM techs, some of the challenges they face in the field, and how to best address these challenges with mobile tools. We will talk about the important capabilities of your software systems and how to best make use of them. Most importantly, we will cover how to measure and track certain performance metrics as you implement your mobile solution(s) so that you can quantify your progress.
